Grammy Award-winner Jamie Foxx has jumped aboard the American Idol train just weeks before the show and Simon's stint as judge come to an end.
Slated to mentor the final four contestants, including Michael Lynche and Crystal Bowersox, this becomes Foxx's second visit to 'Idol' (he mentored season eight's final five last year).
In related news, Foxx is gearing up for the release of his next studio album, a follow up to the Grammy nominated album, "Intuition". Led by the buzz single "Winner," the album is expected to feature collaborations with Justin Timberlake, T.I. and Lil Wayne.
